The term ‘Eternal’ on Cardboard Garage refers to products that primarily contain cards legal in non-rotating Magic formats like Commander, Legacy, and Pauper. Unlike rotating formats such as Standard, these cards remain playable indefinitely—except for those that may be banned or restricted for balance reasons. To be clear, most cards in Eternal products aren’t legal in the current Standard tournament format—if that’s relevant to you, of course.
