These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website of Cardboard Garage, located in Heemstede, Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Products and Availability
All products listed on our webshop are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but in the event an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a refund.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our webshop are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments must be made through the available payment methods at checkout. Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all Eurozone countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours on work days. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
5.1 Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may choose to:
- Reship the order – The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
- Request a refund – The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If an order is delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer and cannot be retrieved, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the product is in its original, undamaged condition.
6.1 Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@cardboardgarage.com within 14 days of receipt. The returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us. Please include your order or invoice number with the return.

6.2 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible. The cost and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. If a product is damaged or incomplete upon return, compensation may be deducted from the refund amount.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
Products that are sealed (such as booster boxes or packs) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
6.4 Impact on Free Shipping Threshold
If an order originally qualified for free shipping but the total order amount falls below the free shipping threshold due to a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
7. Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow customers to purchase items before they are officially released or restocked. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item in advance, subject to availability from our distributor. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
7.1 Payment and Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order unless otherwise stated. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee immediate shipment but ensures your place in the pre-order queue.
7.2 Availability and Allocation Pre-orders are fulfilled based on stock availability from our distributor. While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, there may be instances where we receive fewer units than expected. In such cases, we will allocate stock based on the order placement date.
7.3 Delays and Changes Release dates and delivery timelines are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors. If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email with the updated timeline. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.
7.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to stock limitations, you will receive a full refund.
- You may request to cancel your pre-order before it has shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Once a pre-order has shipped, standard return policies apply.
7.5 Alternative Products In the event that a pre-ordered item becomes permanently unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value. Customers are under no obligation to accept this alternative and can request a full refund instead.

8. Business to Business (B2B) Sales
Return conditions outlined above apply only to consumer purchases. Business-to-business (B2B) sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cardboard Garage is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.
